Aloha from San Franciso

Thank you all for your kind comments on my new blog...I am soooo inspired to see all the talented 'Creative Ones' blogs posts, post cards (the mystique of many characters & story lines are FABulous.)

I will be off the Island for a week...unexpected trip to San Francisco...will be 'offline'...My completed China's Post Cards will be posted next Friday...however...
I will leave you all with a little taste of what's to come....

Lilikoi Passiflora

lili.koʻi

n. Passion fruit, purple water lemon, or purple granadilla (Passiflora edulis), an American vine with three-lobed leaves and edible dull-purple fruits about 5 cm long, growing wild in many forests of Hawaiʻi; said to be named after Lilikoʻi, Maui, where it was first grown. The yellow-fruited lilikoʻi (P. edulis f. flavicarpa), is similar but has yellow, better-tasting fruits; it is grown commercially in the Hawaiian Islands and used for desserts and beverages. The yellow-fruited lilikoʻi (P. edulis f. flavicarpa), is similar but has yellow, better-tasting fruits; it is grown commercially in the Hawaiian Islands and used for desserts and beverages.

Just a note:  All photos on this blog are taken by me of the
